Heath Orrell: A (brief) History
I have been a professional photographer specializing in wedding photography since January, 2007. But I have been an avid photographer long before the days of digital cameras and processing, with experience shooting film photographs and processing in a dark room. My first passion was macro- and astro-photography, which I still pursue, but in early 2007, my focus shifted to wedding photography.

But why weddings?
I have chosen to pursue wedding photography because it gives me a chance to capture a truly unique day in the lives of two very special people and their families. It also allows me the chance to remember the joy that I felt when my wife and I were married back in 2002.

In a word: Exuberance
Yes, those pictures to the left are of me. I love to bring my exuberant personality to every endeavor. But don't be scared! I won't make those faces during your shoot. I hope to be able to bring that to your wedding by feeling the excitement that you feel and capturing that for you forever.
